Overview

Broker Assist is a specialized platform designed to facilitate seamless interactions between brokers in the Life Insurance and Mortgage industry, Broker Assist’s internal administration team, and service providers such as Mortgage and Life Insurance companies. The application also provides comprehensive commission management features, allowing brokers to track commissions received from service providers.

Challenge

In 2019, Broker Assist required a new technology partner to take over the ongoing support and development of their application from the original developer. The system needed enhancements to improve efficiency, introduce new features, and ensure a seamless experience for brokers and the administration team.
